At Crown Equipment I collaborated with Design and Engineering teams to align user needs with technical constraints in early-stage development. Researched industry trends and analyzed user interviews to create user centered experiences. Built six high-fidelity prototypes in ProtoPie to test user flows and presented work to senior stakeholders before the flows got implemented. Refined designs based on feedback and technical limitations to ensure feasibility and usability.
